Setting Up Your Voicemail
To set up your voicemail, select the messages button under the LCD display. You will then be guided through the setup process by voice commands.
Checking Your Voicemail
A flashing red light in the upper right hand corner of your device signifies an unread voice message.
In the top right corner of the LCD display, a number inside a red circle will appear. This displays the number of unread messages in your voice mailbox.
To check messages:
- Press the messages button on your device.
- Then, enter PIN #: _________________ (You may choose to disable your PIN #)
Voicemail Main Menu
- Press 1 to play inbox messages.
- Press 2 to mark the message as new.
- Press 3 to delete message.
Voicemail to email is included with voice service. Provide WTC with an email address to take advantage of this feature.
