WTC is the best! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They care about their customers and respond immediately to calls for assistance, with issues big or small!
...What impressed me the most was the work that the guys that installed it did. First, they arrived on TIME, second, they described what they would do, third, they asked questions and made sure the plan was ok before they did anything. Now all of that would make the average customer very happy, but the last thing that takes the cake is, they did the complete install in a pouring down rainstorm...
Required another service call today to help me with my internet (no fault of their own). As usual, I had superior service and a speedy response. I love my local cable company. Thank you WTC for keeping an awesome and very helpful staff.
Great customer service! My internet was installed a week ago and I have had no issues it, was up and running like a top. Today I received a phone call today from Zach to ensure that everything was running correctly and if I had any questions. I really appreciate a company that actually puts effort into taking care of the customers!
We love having WTC as our business internet/phone provider as well as our home internet provider. ANY time we have had issues they have sent someone out immediately to help and that is amazing customer service!!!! Plus they support so many events and things in our community. Proud to be a customer and proud to know so many of their amazing office staff and techs as they truly are our neighbors!
WTC has some of the most consistently courteous employees I've interacted with anywhere. I have visited their office, had installers come to my home, and talked with them on the phone. They are consistently helpful, kind, and considerate. They also have excellent, competitively-priced internet, but their customer service is what impresses me every time I interact with them.
Excellent customer service. When there is a problem, they are here the same day unlike other companies. They put customers first.
Service interruptions started plaguing us. Scheduled a service technician visit to test the wiring. They quickly located the problem and fixed it. Suggested and scheduled another service appointment to reduce heat exposure.
We have WTC at our residence in Wamego, but recently had it installed at our business office in Manhattan. Everyone was very helpful from the first phone call I made through the installation of service at the office. The service rep on the phone was great and the service techs were friendly and professional. Our home internet service has been excellent, so I was happy to see that WTC had expanded into Manhattan to use the service for business as well.
Finally a internet company that cares about its customers!
