Dialing Out and Calling Internal Extensions
To dial out, press 9 before dialing the number of the external line you wish to call.
To call internally, simply dial the extension number.
Transferring and Parking Calls
Announced Transfer: While on a call, press the “Xfer” button underneath the LCD display on your device. Dial the extension you wish to transfer to, then push “Xfer” or hang up to complete the transfer.
Blind Transfer: Using monitored extensions, (the numbers you select to appear on your LCD display), simply press the extension to transfer the call then hang up.
Parking: When a call is received, press one of the hold lines on the left side of your LCD display. Hold: Calls placed on hold can only be retrieved from the device which initally places them on hold.
