Fiber-to-the-Home Customers

  1. Verify that your device is connected to your WiFi network or is properly connected with an Ethernet cable. If you cannot see or connect to your WiFi, the issue may be with your router.
  2. If you are connected to WiFi but cannot browse the Internet, check the lights on your router. If there are no lights, verify the power supply is securely connected. Reboot the router if necessary.
  3. Check the lights on your battery backup, typically located near your router or in a utility room. The battery backup should display solid green lights. If it is not showing solid green lights, please contact WTC for additional troubleshooting.
  4. If the issue continues, contact Technical Support at 877-982-1912. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
