This is an unprecedented time for everyone and the situation is changing daily, but we are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring that you receive the highest quality service without disruption. Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Most importantly, WTC is keeping those directly affected by this virus in our thoughts and prayers.
Customer Service - Our HelpDesk, as always, will be available 24/7 to answer questions or assist with any issues. Our office lobby in Wamego will be closed effective March 18th. However, we will continue to dispatch our technicians to your residence or businesses. Our technicians will follow strict protocols as well by using disinfectant on all surfaces. Of course, all our employees will refrain from handshakes and practice social distancing. Additionally, we are asking our employees (and urge our customers) to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus.
Robust Network - Rest assured, our fiber-based network is built to meet the demands of keeping you connected under any circumstances. Our fiber-based network is redundant and secure, and can handle the increased capacity needs as necessary. As always, WTC does NOT have data caps - where some providers impose a maximum allowed amount of data per month resulting in overage fees. So, WTC Internet allows you surf and stream as much as you need with no worries of hidden/additional fees.
Standard Precautions - We are asking both our employees and customers to follow standard protocols to protect each other. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. The virus spreads mainly from person-to-person (within about 6 feet). Stay home if you have a fever or are coughing/sneezing.
