The service techs are beyond amazing. They will come.e to your house at almost any time to fix your service if it is not working. Their customer service on the phone is also stellar
The customer service is unbeatable! I could not believe when my husband and I decided to upgrade our service it was after hours and I knew if I didn't call and leave a message I would forget by the next day. I left a message and received a call back and was upgraded immediately. I'm impressed with WTC and would not have service with anyone else. Thanks WTC.

We have WTC at our residence in Wamego, but recently had it installed at our business office in Manhattan. Everyone was very helpful from the first phone call I made through the installation of service at the office. The service rep on the phone was great and the service techs were friendly and professional. Our home internet service has been excellent, so I was happy to see that WTC had expanded into Manhattan to use the service for business as well.
...What impressed me the most was the work that the guys that installed it did. First, they arrived on TIME, second, they described what they would do, third, they asked questions and made sure the plan was ok before they did anything. Now all of that would make the average customer very happy, but the last thing that takes the cake is, they did the complete install in a pouring down rainstorm...
