To ensure additional security of our customer’s credit card information, WTC will be moving to an automated bill pay system. This system also allows our customers who choose to pay their bill over the phone the convenience to pay at any time of the day.
Directions:
1. Dial direct to 888-797-9929 (Wait for the full instructions before pressing any digits).
2. Enter your 10 digit Account Number followed by #. After the account number is played back, press 1 to confirm.
3. Press 2 to create a PIN using your Secret Code (037 plus the last four of digits of your account number)
4. The next time you call to make a payment, you will press 1 after the account number is confirmed and use your newly created Pin, not your Security Code, to login.
