What is the Green Guarantee?

The Green Guarantee is our commitment to exceeding industry standards for post-construction land restoration. Once construction has concluded, we are dedicated to ensuring your property is returned to its original condition. If any landscaping restoration is needed, WTC will hire a landscaper of your choice-at no cost to you- to ensure your property looks just as good as it did before!

Construction

In order to deliver lightning fast fiber to each home, some construction will be required. Through thoughtful planning, execution and attention to detail, we're committed to delivering a seamless construction process that is clean and efficient. Once completed, you can expect a complete restoration of your property.

What You Can Expect

Initial Ground Restoration

Crews will fill in any holes or ground disturbances to ensure there are no hazards. During this process, you may notice mounds of dirt where holes were filled. This is intentional, as this allows the soil to settle naturally.

General Leveling and Cleanup

After about four weeks, our crews will return to your property to level the dirt and tidy up any noticeable property disturbances.

Final Repairs and Landscape Restoration

Following the general cleanup, our crews will repair any affected areas to their original condition, including reseeding or providing your choice of landscaping services at NO COST, if needed.
