Using the Voicemail System

The voicemail system is menu driven. Listen to the voice prompts and then press the keys on your phone to select which option you would like.

Accessing Voicemail

Dial *98 from phone to access your voicemail. The first time you access your voicemail box you will be asked to set up your mailbox and record your name and a greeting to be played for callers.

From Your Own Phone

1. Dial *98 or 456-6253 494-6253 636-6253 321-6253 from your phone.
2. Enter your voicemail password then #.
3. If you have new messages, the messages will be identified.
4. After hearing any new messages, you will be presented with the Voicemail Main Menu. Menu options are listed in the next column.

From Another Phone

1. Dial 1-785-XXX-6253 
2. When prompted, enter your 10-digit number. 

3. When prompted, enter your voicemail password followed by #. 

4. The rest will be the same as if dialing from your own phone.

Message Playback Options

Record Personal Greeting

1. Dial *98 from your phone.
2. Press 3 for Greetings Menu.
3. Press 1 for Personal Greeting.
4. Press 5 to change the greeting callers hear when you can’t answer the phone.

Changing your Password

1. Dial *98 from your phone.
2. Press 4 for mailbox settings.
3. Press 3 for security options.
4. Press 1 to change the PIN.

Disable your Password/PIN

1. Dial *98 from your phone.
2. Press 4 for mailbox settings.
3. Press 3 for security options.
4. Press 1 to disable PIN.
