Screen Time lets you manage your child’s iPhone or iPad with parental controls and privacy settings to help keep their device use safe, private, and age-appropriate. With these settings, you can guide how, and when your child uses their device. Easily manage what they can download or purchase, who they can communicate with, and what apps and content are right for them.
To set up Parental Controls:
1. Open the Settings app, then tap your name
2. Tap Family, then tap Continue
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your family and invite your family members
