myWTC - Creating a Trouble Ticket

If you are experiencing issues with your service, log into your myWTC account to troubleshoot your issue.

 

  1. Click on the Options button under the service you are having issues with
  2. Click on the Troubleshoot button
  3. Select an article that fits your issue
  4. Follow the steps provided in the article

 

If the steps provided are not able to resolve your issue, click on the red button labeled "No" to indicate this did not resolve your issue. Where applicable, this will launch our automated troubleshooter, which will log into your equipment directly to check the operational status. If our automated troubleshooter detects an issue, you will then be given the option to create a trouble ticket. If our automated troubleshooter is not able to detect an issue with your service, we encourage you to contact us directly to continue troubleshooting your issue.
