myWTC - Adding New Service

Adding New Services?

Once you've logged into your myWTC portal, you can easily add new Internet, WTCtv, or Phone service! Follow along below to learn how. As always, if you have any questions, call or text 785-456-1000, or email support@wtcks.com.

 
Step 1: Click modify services. Then click view services under the service you would like to add. You can add to existing services or request a new service such as WTCtv and Phone service.
Step 2: Add the service you would like and hit the X. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press continue.
Step 3: Choose the date you would like to activate this service, then click Submit Request. Please note that new internet service will require a date further out to install potential equipment.
Step 4: Your request will be added to your Service Change Requests Page. When the new service has been added or scheduled, the status will change to Completed.
