Very good communications company, especially with their internet service! Never really had any problems with these people. Certainly extremely helpful doing business with a local company rather than a megalith company based in New York.

We have WTC at our residence in Wamego, but recently had it installed at our business office in Manhattan. Everyone was very helpful from the first phone call I made through the installation of service at the office. The service rep on the phone was great and the service techs were friendly and professional. Our home internet service has been excellent, so I was happy to see that WTC had expanded into Manhattan to use the service for business as well.
